here is an example of how we can win if we put in the effort

It is very heartening to hear about the thousands of Official Information Act requests, letters, emails, media posts and submissions in response to the Hauraki Gulf Forum's decision to advocate for co-governance of the Hauraki Gulf Marine Park. In an interview, Nicola MacDonald, co-chair of the Forum, said the OIAs queried the forum’s ability to make such a call, while forum staff said 95% of other communications focused on challenging the co-governance proposal.

This great effort on the part of the public echoes the thousands of us who made submissions to the Māori Affairs Select Committee on the Rotorua District Council (Representation Arrangements) Bill, and…

Another great Cartoon from Garrick, and so apt. If all New Zealanders were given a dollar for every time Jacinda says " I absolutely reject that", "that is not correct" etc. we would all be rich. She fits the Bill for the old saying " there are none so blind as those who do not WISH to see. Noel, I read on a blog site a couple of months ago that when asked, Luxon apparently brushed off the Muriel Newman NZCPR commenters as a mere 9%. Maybe he feels the same about the BBH commenters? So, he does not see himself as right wing. As we know and to many of us now, " Right Wing" is the old centre conservative. There is nothing " right wing" about wanting an equal society.

The cracks are appearing in the Labour camp.....Ardern is squirming at the podium now......

Luxon needs to step away from the tree hugging corporate world that greases the bums of those that bow down to the corporate system and realize he is in a very different world now....if he wants to remain he needs to cut to the chase, stop apologizing for saying negative things about the government and DO HIS JOB as opposition leader.......

Politics is an ugly game and its getting very ugly. If he doesn't stand up and face the 'prevailing wind' he will be carried away with the rubble of Labour and drown in his wokeness.....STATE YOUR INTENTION LUXON.....
