The following from an English paper highlights what the cartoon implies.

the smile is getting more strained as she tells more and more lies......the immigration settings on nurses.......Ardern, "maybe they don't want to be nurses in NZ"....hmmm maybe they have better opportunities in other countries where Maori is NOT forced into the medical world, as it is here and they can get on with being a nurse......... our reformed Health is NOT attractive to the rest of the world.....Ardern doesn't seem to think that anyone has a brain except her!!!!!

The major difference here is the NZ media has been anally injected with cash.

In the UK of course the media like everywhere is so far to the left I don't know how they stay on the planet and BoJo is a Tory.
