says it is an international study group of the unvaccinated and offers an sars cov 2 exemption card.

might be worth a go as it has a QR code which goes back to an official site.

apparently it has worked in other countries.

if nothing else it might confuse the situation further as someone would have to try and discredit it

Interesting how effective the C19 smokescreen is proving. It seems that all most people want to debate now is vaccinations, or at least can't get away from doing so, with the comments here an example, when those are very nearly the least of our problems, as the cartoon so rightly depicts.
