I can only echo the above comments and add my own sincere thanks to Garrick for being an important part of the New Zealand way of life.

Love Tremain for his great artistry and sense of humour. Also he has been a "voice in the wilderness" for many of us during the last decade or so. So sad that he is facing such a cruel way to leave us with this aggressive cancer. He will be sorely missed. Looking forward to the next 3 parts of Sean's interview with this wise and very funny man!

Tremain...a Kiwi legend.

Right up there with Billy T James, Sir Ed and bloody old Bob Jones!

Garrick tremain. If there is one new Zealand person left to knight, it's that man for his endless pursuit of his own take on the truth ,through his cartoons that meant, and still mean so much to so many people. A great cartoonist cancelled ...but never forgotten.

Garrick tremain. Don't hang up the pen.

Not yet my friend. Not yet. You are valued, and your insight packed inside a single impression of pure truthfulness with captions that explain everything so beautifully are a godsend to us who know the worth of your talents.

Never stop expressing yourself like you always have, because so many of us have never considered you " cancelled".

You're a good man and a brilliant cartoonist.…
