Many in the forum imply or suggest directly "why comment with long drawn out details?". Some react with "zzzzzz", others "what is an expert, a drip under pressure", etc. Quit ridiculous when the readers may actually be misinformed public who are directed to take the opportunity to look up this website, or ACT's site, and read some of the reports and comments. Those new readers appreciate details and background. The emergency is what happens when tribal, criminal armed gangs are allowed to take territorial control - now more that 80% of the Port they said.

Abuses of ordinary citizens are numerous, and gross; a warning of what happens if such thugs are not controlled (preferably broken) early on.
