"Early this year Democracy Action commissioned the Garrick Professor of Law at the University of Queensland, Professor James Allan, to draft a report on He Puapua. Professor Allan’s analysis - "The radical prescription for undermining democracy and the rule of law" is entertaining and informative. It's hoped this analysis sparks a national conversation about the future of New Zealand’s constitutional arrangements and is considered in any UNDRIP implementation or realisation plans proposed by the New Zealand Government. You can download a copy of this report at www.democracyaction.org.nz"
The grave has been dug, our democracy will be the corpse, who of us will stand in the way, or will we just weep beside the grave side for a fallen comrade we all new so will, or are we brave enough to drag the traitors to the grave and bury them?

It took me a fair while, but I did just now finish reading Professor James Allan's report.
Thank you, Democracy Action, for commissioning it - and thank you, Professor Allan for your professional clarification of it all - which all us lay folks already felt in our bones. It clarifies so wonderfully the whole pathetic saga of He Puapa - and our tyrannical, undemocratic government's forcing it on us.
This radical legislation must not last. It must be cancelled by our new, conservative, 2023 government next year.
Ardern's mania with apartheid is in full force - we all know where she stands and that is to destroy New Zealand with every bone in her body.
She has an agenda to fill before she fills her offshore position with WEF and she is letting nothing get in her way......
We need to move into a new phase and group together to defend this country - 16mths till the election is along time to wait for action and change.......
All the reports in the world, exposing the tyranny here in New Zealand, are not getting heard by the majority of people - some people have NO idea what 3 waters is about!!!!
Here is another report, whilst mostly correct,…
Zimbabwe here we come !
