Luxon still trying to appear "Mr Nice Guy" which is all very well but ultimately citizens don't want politicians pushing their own special agendas. They are elected to represent the majority in a Democracy which we still are. They are elected by the citizens who expect them to focus on the important areas like Housing, Health, Education and the cost of living. They are not elected to promote cycle tracks, a new language or take away peoples access to beaches, rivers and land.
