Off the subject, but just saw the news showing the protests up north against the mayor, even though he backed down and said each member can have their own prayer or opening whatever the fuck it is, all these tribal racist maoris were calling HIM a racist and screaming at him through a bullhorn, at least he had the balls to come out and stand in front of them as they spat hatred at him.

What I would have Liked the Mayor to do is Take a Pad of Paper over to the Protestors and ask them for their Name and Address, and then he could have checked to see If they are ACTUAL RATEPAYERS AND IF THEIR RATES ARE FULLY PAID UP. If not you have no mandate so go away, and also put the Debt Collectors onto these Bad Payers. The Council were previously millions of $ short in unpaid Rates and that makes it hard to pay for road repairs etc.
