Ha - yes : we all know that sciences like mathematics, chemistry or physics are miles too complicated for teaching in primary schools. But climate change is so playfully easy to understand that even children can be taught!! https://www.natgeokids.com/nz/discover/geography/general-geography/what-is-climate-change/ .

Our sweet, childlike Greens can so easily understand it all! They are genuinely puzzled why the rest of us find it so difficult. But real scientists know that the opposite is true : the factors behind climate changes are devilishly complicated.

Look. Yes, the climate change imagined cataclysm that seems forever elude us, in a very small way, is due to fossil fuel emissions. I'm all good with that. Because it keeps people warm, mobile, and alive.

Unlike the left that want us to live in a fucking icebox for the rest of our lives and be grateful for eating insects, I'd rather see people prosper, be warm, and be able to heat their homes.

I'm serious now. An industrial engineer and electrician for 35 years.

I'm not talking out of my arse here.

There is nothing " green" about making solar panels or , batteries for electric vehicles . The minerals are mined like lithium, a highly poisonous meta…

In spite of what chuckbirdnz says - the amount of man-made climate change , if it even exists is so small as to be infinitesimal. A good book to read is 'Green Murder' by Ian Plimer who is a geologist and also knows his climate change alarmism very well. An interesting chapter is about all of the 'the sky is falling' episodes there have been in history-beginning around 1534 -well actually there are far too many to detail but he follows that chapter with more or the more modern people like Paul Ehrlich who has been making ridiculous and wrong predictions since his 1969 book 'The Population Bomb' and still continues in the vein 'millions or people starving by 2000.…

About 6 weeks ago Leighton did an excellent interview with Barry Brill about climate change. The big announcement was that the UN had recently done a press release to say that their claim that the temperature by 2100, of a 5 degree rise, was wrong, and the new increase is likely to be 2.5 degrees, in otther words, half what they predicted and effectively the climate emergency is nowhere near the predicted crisis! The media and the Greens have never mentioned this as it kind of stuffs up their narrative. What annoys me is ACT and National should be singing this from the roof tops, but not a dickey bird!

Leighton also did an interview with Dr Steven Koonin, author of Unsettled.

I bought his book. It is worth reading as is the following debate.
